Shorecrest 11 – Admiral Farragut 1
Admiral Farragut scored a run in the top of the 3rd inning to take
a 1-0 lead. The Chargers scored a run in
the bottom of the 4th inning - Jason K and Spencer H each walked and
Andrew R got a base hit to drive in a run to tie the game 1-1.
In the bottom of the 6th inning Jake B reached on an
error, Andrew R singled and a run scored on an error. Austin R singled to drive in a run, Will S
grounded out and drove in a run , Chris H drove in a run on a sacrifice, Anthony
F walked, Marc B hit a sacrifice fly to drive in a run, Jason K doubled to
drive in a run, Spencer H doubled to drive in a run, Jake B was hit by a pitch,
Andrew R walked , Austin R singled and drove in a run, Will S singled to drive
in another run and Avery C scored on a wild pitch to end the game because of
the 10 run rule, making the final score 11-1.
Andrew R pitched a great game - working 6 innings, allowing 1
