The Chargers lost their first game in the NorthEast Spring Break Tournament.
Dixie Hollins scored a run in the first inning and 5 runs in the 2nd inning to take a 6-0 lead. They scored 2 more runs in the top of the 5th to increase their lead to 8-0.
In the bottom of the 5th inning Matt B lead off for the Chargers with a double and 1 out. Jake B grounded to 2nd and a run scored to cut the lead to 8-1. Jason K walked, Spencer H singled to drive in a run, Marc B singled to drive in another run to cut the lead to 8-3. In the top of the 6th inning Dixie Hollins scored another run to take a 9-3 lead. In the bottom of the 7th inning, Jason K led off with a double, Spencer H walked and Andrew R singled to load the bases. Austin reached on an error and a run scored to make the final score 9-4.
