Shorecrest 3, Out of Door Academy 0
The Chargers won their 2nd district game on the road, facing Out of Door Academy under the lights.
Jason K. pitched a 1 hitter with 11 strikeouts in 6 innings. He had a good fast ball and curve. He picked up the victory for the Chargers. Jordan L. worked the 7th inning giving up 1 hit, 1 strikeout and 1 walk
In the 1st inning, John R. led off by being hit by a pitched ball. Marc B. walked. Jon O. reached on an infield error and the 1st run of the game scored. Jordan L. singled to drive in Marc B. and Jon O. scored on a passed ball to give the Chargers a 3-0 lead.
From that point on it was good pitching by the Chargers throughout the game.

The Chargers will play their next district game at home against St. Stephens at 4:15 pm on Thursday, March 3.
